With those piercing green eyes and luscious lips, choosing Miss Ireland Rozanna Purcell's glamour photo for our blog cover study is completely a no brainer. Shot by photographer Fadil Berisha during Miss Universe 2010, that subtle Boho chic styling definitely gives off a more fashion than pageant feel, that is why we're raving about it even it's 2016.
